BBQing – Duck Poppers

My daughter pulled out all the frozen duck breasts and finished breasting them out. She then pounded them flat and cut them the thickness of a half a jalapeno. She mixed a little cajun seasonings with some cream cheese and filled half the jalapeno with it. She wrapped the stuffed jalapeno in the duck breast and then she wrapped it up in bacon securing it with toothpicks. Once she had a bunch made up she put them in a big bowl and covered them with some italian salad dressing to sit over night in the fridge. The next day they went on the grill.
