Pigs in a Cornfield

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • Sliced Jalapenos to taste
  • 1lb Pork Steak
  • 1 package of kielbasa Sausage (or Bratwurst)
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic Minced
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • Jalapeno Seasoning to taste
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion
  • 8 Pack Mini corn on the cob halves
  • Campbells Creamy Poblano Queso Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Onion (or Cream of Mushroom)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom (or Cream of Onion)
  • Black Pepper to taste

Preparation: 

  1. Place one cream of mushroom or onion in the bottom or your dutch oven and spread around.
  2. Place your corns on the cob evenly spaced on end around the edge of the dutch oven.
  3. Place some sausage in between the corn to keep them from touching.
  4. Add your potatoes, onions, jalapenos, garlic, seasonings, and sausage into the middle.
  5. Add the Campbells Creamy Poblano Queso soup on top and spread around.
  6. Place the pork steak on top of everything and top with the second can of cream of mushroom/onion soup.
  7. Cook at 350F for 2 hours flipping the pork steak at the 1.5 hour mark.
